 Colleagues and clients tell me I have a talent for easily distilling the complex into simple. Problems and situations, maybe ... but not a life story!
There are, however, two important themes that run through my work and life experiences:
I value excellence and love to uncover opportunities ... and then refine, leverage, transform them into remarkable results. People I coach are encouraged to capitalize on their talents and resources, rather than go crazy over what's missing.
I'm also passionate about connections ... and amazed at the outcomes when individual talents play off each other. Results are always bigger, better when we take advantage of our networks.
